Ronnie Quizon, na-challenge sa role na closet gay!

NAPAPANAHON ang indie movie na Pusit ni Direk Arlyn dela Cruz na ang ibig sabihin ay positive sa AIDS or HIV. Gumaganap dito si Ronnie Quizon bilang isang closet gay at aminado siyang na-challenge sa project na ito.

Ang Pusit ay mula Pantomina Films at Blank Pages Production. Ang producer nito ay ang may-ari ng Goodwill Bookstores na si Ms. Maria Teresa Cancio. Tampok din dito sina Jay Manalo, Elizabeth Oropesa, Kristoffer King, Rolando Inocencio, Mike Liwag, Tere Gonzales, JM Santos, at iba pa.

Paliwanag ng aktor ukol sa kanyang papel sa Pusit, “In my case, si Kristoffer iyong lover ko. Siya yung nagka-AIDS and losing hope in life. Ako iyong nagpo-provide niyon (hope) sa kanya.

“Filipinos must be aware that yung AIDS is there, it’s real… it’s happening right now and it’s growing. I think the movie is an eye opener talaga. Especially when people realize na this is not fiction. They were really based on true people, true characters. Like me, yung role ko rito, it really exist.”
