Erap is disqualified to run for Mayor of Manila

EVEN with the pardon, the convicted plunderer Joseph Ejercito Estrada was disqualified to run for an elective local position pursuant to Sec. 40 of our Local Government Code (R.A.7160) which states:

Sec.40. Disqualification – The following persons are disqualified from running for any elective local position.

a) Those sentenced by final judgement for an offense of moral turpitude or for an offense by one (1) year or more of imprisonment, written two (2) years after serving sentence;

b)Those removed from office as a result of an Administrative Case;

c)Those Convicted by final judgement for violating “The Oath of Allegiance to the Republic.”

d)Those with dual citizenship

e) Fugitive from justice in criminal or non-political cases here or abroad

f) Permanent residents in a foreign country or those who have acquired the right to reside abroad and continue to avail of the same right after the effectivity of this code; and

g)The INSANE or feeble-minded

Madalli’t salita, upon filing pa lang ng COC ni convicted criminal JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, DISQUALIFIED na siya agad instantly sa pagkandidato sa pagka-alkalde ng Lungsod ng Maynila. So, IGNORANTE sa batas si COMELEC Chairman Sexto Brillantes. A lawyer by profession si Atty. Sexto Brillantes. Lord Patawad! Pwe!

SA KULUNGAN SI ERAP

For violation of his conditional pardon. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW P-NOY. The LAW must applies to all. Otherwise none at all.

The persons Granted PARDON by GMA the convicted plunderer Joseph Estrada had accepted the conditions including the pardons granted to him.

That Joseph Ejercito Estrada has “publicly committed to no longer seek any election position or office is the very condition that “Erap” imposed upon himself.

When the convicted plunderer Joseph Ejercito Estrada had accepted the pardon and such is in the native of a condition subsequent because its continued efficacy and effectivity, ceases upon the commission of the act by Joseph Ejercito Estrada that the pardon enjoined him performing.

The person of the grantee of pardon Joseph Ejercito Estrada, had violated the specified terms of the conditions of his pardon.

So, my beloved pipol of the Philippines and to our beloved President NOYNOY AQUINO, the conditional pardon’s terms and conditions granted to convicted plunderer Joseph Ejercito Estrada had been violated by himself.

So, it should be automatically null and void.

Dapat ibalik sa kulungan sa National Bilibid Prison si “ERAP.” The rule of law must always prevail. Period!

Kung si AFUANG ay isang hukom o mahistrado at siya ang naatasan humawak sa paglilitis sa mga buwayang mandarambong na mga mambabatas ng Filipinas.
