Fertilizer discount voucher, ipamamahagi sa magsasaka

MAMAMAHAGI ng fertilizer discount voucher ang administrasyong Marcos Jr., sa mga magsasaka upang palakasin ang kanilang rice production.

Inihayag ng Malacañang ang updated guidelines para sa implementasyon ng fertilizer discount voucher project sa ilalim ng National Rice Program ng Department of Agriculture (DA).

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Order 65, saklaw ng proyekto ang mga rehiyon sa buong bansa na nagtatanin ng inbred at hybrid rice seeds maliban sa National Capital Region (NCR) at ang Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Sa pamamagitan ng proyekto ay magbibigay ang DA ng fertilizer vouchers sa eligible beneficiaries para gamitin sa pagbili ng urea fertilizer

“The use of fertilizer vouchers offers an alternative to farmers with lowered purchasing power to buy a sufficient volume of urea recommended for their rice area,” ayon sa MO 65.

“Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and may be claimed at any accredited fertilizer merchants in the preferred area of the farmer-beneficiaries,” sabi sa kalatas.

Ang discount voucher ay may halagang katumbas ng Php1,130 kada ektarta para sa inbred, at P2,262 bawat ektarya para sa hybrid. (ROSE NOVENARIO)
