TATLONG araw nang nagpapahinga ngayong Linggo, February 9, ang aktor at Philippine Army reservist na si Matteo Guidicelli right after he encountered an accident during his training.
In his Instagram Stories last night, he said he would be resting for a while because of a back injury that he is still recovering from.
“I’ll be out for awhile. Injured myself yesterday during a training session.
“Slipped disc.”
He did not specify what kind of training he became a part of, pero common knowledge naman sa publiko that Matteo’s a very physical guy.
Ayon sa www.healthline.com, ang slipped disc “occurs when the outer ring becomes weak or torn and allows the inner portion to slip out.
“This can happen with age. Certain motions may also cause a slipped disc.
“A disc can slip out of place while you are twisting or turning to lift an object.”
Some of the Pinoy celebrities who suffered from a slipped disc and was able to recover after undergoing surgery are Angel Locsin and Polo Ravales.
