Unawain at huwag husgahan agad-agad si Jiro Manio

NAKARATING na kay Dr. Elizabeth Pizarro-Serrano ang bagong trials na pinagdaraanan ni Jiro.

Si Dr. Serrano ang chief ng rehabilitation center ng Bataan na pinagdalhan ni Ai Ai delas Alas sa aktor noong 2016.

By way of her Facebook page, she made an appeal to the public not to be too hasty in judging the former child actor who was accused with frustrated homicide primarily because of attacking a certain Zeus Doctolero with a knife in an incident in Marikina City last friday, January 17.

Dr. Serrano’s message reads: “Again, Jiro Manio is in the news… I hope huwag po natin i-judge si Jiro sa nangyari sa kanya.

“There are different versions of the story. May nagsabing napagkatuwaan siya ng isang grupo while he was on his way home from work and was hit by a helmet.”

Binigyan rin ng linaw ni Dr. Serrano ang mga bali-balitang may mga instances na nagre-report raw si Jiro sa rehabilitation center na naka-marijuana.

“It was also said na habang nagre-report raw siya dati sa rehab ay naka-marijuana s’ya. I would like to correct the information.

“After 1-year of in house drug rehabilitation, Jiro ‘worked’ in the center and was very effective in his task helping in the advocacy activities.

“Marami s’yang na-inspire na mga kabataan whenever he gives his testimony.

“However, after more than a year, he decided na umuwi na sa pamilya n’ya to start anew and maybe try showbiz again or whatever na puwede n’yang gawin.

“After a few months, may tsismis nga na umabot sa rehab na nakapag-take uli siya ng marijuana…. BUT IT WAS NOT PROVEN!”

So far, nagko-communicate na lang daw sa kanila through messenger si Jiro at pasulpot-sulpot na lang daw ang messages nito.

Minsan raw ay nagkukuwento ng mga opportunities n’ya. Nang kanyang pag-iisip kung paanong makababalik sa showbiz at naririto lang daw sila para makinig.

Dumalaw sa rehab last September 2019 si Jiro para isorpresa siya sa kanyang birthday at negative naman ang drug test nito.

And with that, ito po ang Kuya Pete ninyo na nagsasabing, Christopher, my son, I love you very, very much, my love for you goes beyond eternity.
