Simula noong 13 Nobyembre, isang integrated permit application system na tinatawag na 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services na ang nagkakaloob ng “single platform” para sa aplikasyon para sa mga permit at kahilingan para sa mga dokumento.
Ito ang una at pinakamabilis sa bansa, at nakamemenos sa gastos at oras ang mga aplikante.
Bilang pagsunod sa Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law, tampok sa nasabing sistema ang “Paspas Permit,” isang 10-second business permit application system na sa loob ng 10 segundo ay maaari nang makapag-isyu ng provisionary business permit matapos makapagbayad.
Bago ito, ang pag-iisyu ng business permit sa city hall ay inaabot ng 15-30 minuto pero dahil sa ‘Paspas Permit’ system ay lalong bibilis ang paggamit ng Valenzuela ng digital technology para mapadali ang pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa higit 18,000 negosyo sa lungsod.
