NAHIKAYAT at naging interesado ang maraming Instagram followers ni Kris Aquino sa mga bagong librong binabasa niya na kanyang ipinost sa IG nang muli siyang maging aktibo sa social media.
Ayon kay Kris, “i read several books on IKIGAI (google na lang please or else sobrang haba nito, but it reenforces my affinity for (Japan) and my quest for peace & healing)… i’m directly quoting “in life we sometimes misplace priorities and significance… if you can make the process of the effort your primary source of happiness, then you have succeeded in the most important challenge of your life… The inner joys and satisfaction will be more than enough to make you carry on with your life.” Inaamin ko naman, when i get immersed in something i go all in- so i read 5 books on IKIGAI, re-read Marie Kondo’s books (The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up and Spark Joy), and now i’m reading Kintsugi Wellness.

Mula nga sa pagbabasa Rati ng suspense-thriller books, ngayon ay nahihilig si Kris sa Zen living at wellness books, na makatutulong naman sa kanyang pagpapalakas at pagpapagaling.
Kaya naman ang IG followers ni Kris ay agad naging interesado at nagtanong tungkol sa mga librong ito. Siyempre kasama na rin ang pagwi-wish na sana ay gumaling na ang Queen of All Media.
