“I’m so proud of the Filipinos, super talented and talagang international standard na ang mga nagagawa nating movies.
“Yes, because this is with director Bayani na isa sa magagaling na directors na nakatrabaho ko na, unfortunately it’s because of conflict in schedule. I had sessions sa Batangas every Wednesdays and initial schedule of the show was MWF. So, I had to turn it down.”
“Still thankful that I had the opportunity to serve! I met and made some amazing people along the way. But things happen for a reason. Since my bread and butter is still showbiz and Bea is still too young and studies in Manila… since I started going back and forth Calatagan for more than five years – I started years before I first campaigned, and to top it all, during my term I had a medical issue na somehow had to be prioritized.
“So it was quite a challenging term for me. What is important to me is that I was able to show some of my supporters and friends that I didn’t leave them and that we tried. And most importantly, I can focus on Bea’s needs now. What I learned is respect for the public service industry. When you are in this industry, you have to do a lot of sacrifices. The needs of the people comes first before your family’s and your own. I fully accept the outcome and just excited for Gods plan for Bea and I.
“Summary is that, I wasn’t suppose to run anymore, but did it for the people,” seryosong pahayag ng aktres/public servant.
“May politics din sa showbiz at may showbiz din sa politics, but showbiz is not as crazy as politics! Joke, hahaha! Showbiz is why I am where I am right now, so I will be forever grateful. Kahit ganoon kagulo ang showbiz, I will always love this industry and only hope to stay in it for as long as I can,” nakangiting sambit ni Ms. Andrea.
