NABAWASAN ng alalahanin at pasakit si Kris Aquino nang matanggap ang resolution na ipinadala sa kanya ng Office of the City Prosecutor ng Quezon City na nilalaman nito ang pagka-dismiss ng dalawang kaso ng grave threats na inihain laban sa kanya ng dati niyang business partner na si Nicko Falcis at ng kapatid nitong si Atty. Jesus Falcis.
Ipinost pa ni Kris sa kanyang social media accounts (Instagram at Facebook) ang resolution na pirmado ni Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Rolando G. Ramirez na nakasaad na: “This resolves the complaint filed by Nicardo M . Falcis and Atty. Jesus M. Falcis III against Kristina Bernadette C. Aquino for two (2) counts of grave threats…
“Wherefore, considering the foregoing, it is most respectfully recommended that this complaint for grave threats against respondent Kristina Bernadette C. Aquino be dismissed for lack of probable cause.”
Kaugnay ito ng inihaing complaint ng Falcis brothers na umano’y pinagbantaan si Nicko na ipapapatay daw ni Kris base sa naging pag-uusap nila sa telepono noong nasa ibang bansa si Nicko.
Naglabas din ng press statement ang legal team ni Kris, ang Divina Law, na “The Quezon City Prosecutor Office issued a Resolution dated 01 April 2019 DISMISSING the complaint for grave threats filed by the Falcis brothers against Ms. Kris Aquino.
“The QC-OCP found the allegations of the Falcis brothers as incredible and contrary to human experience.
“Furthermore, the QC-OCP noted that the Falcis brothers did not present any evidence to support their complaint – other that their bare allegations. This only shows that ‘this complaint is just a pure case of harassment for the numerous complaints she (Ms. Kris) filed against the complainants.’
“The truth has finally come out. The cases against Ms. Kris Aquino were DISMISSED; while the Falcis brothers are now facing numerous criminal cases in court.
“Ms. Kris Aquino continues to believe in our judicial system. This recent resolution strengthens her belief.”
Mahabang caption naman ang inilagay ni Kris sa kanyang Instagram post: “SUMMARY: Baka sa haba ng sinulat ko nawala yung message, DISMISSED ang kaso nung Falcis brothers against me.
“It’s easy to judge others, i’ve fallen into that trap, too. But it’s HARD to LIVE that person’s life. Ang dami kong nabasa, narinig, at napanuod, mga hindi na mabilang na panlalait sa buong pagkatao ko. HOW DID I SURVIVE? BECAUSE I TOLD THE TRUTH.

Pagdepensa ni Nicko (sa settlement), sinalag ni Kris
UNEXPECTED pero nag-post ng komento si Nicko Falcis, dating business partner ni Kris Aquino sa Instagram post nito kaugnay ng pagka-dismiss ng kasong grave threats na inihain nilang magkapatid, Atty. Jesus Falcis laban sa Queen of All Media.
Ayon kay Nicko (@nix722), “Our family continues to pray for peace and justice. We both told our truths as the cases get dismissed one after the other since we both want to protect our families.”
Sinagot naman ito ni Kris ng, “hello nicko. To clarify, 2 of my cases got dismissed. 1 prevailed and i withdrew 2. But yung case nyo against me na dismiss, and the cyberlibel case against your brother tuloy. i am still the weird me who is now giggling after reading ‘pray’ sa comment mo- because i remember clearly- we were at a healing Mass in Greenbelt and nahagip sa video that you were seated texting while i stood solemnly & napansin ng mom mo hindi ka nakikipray because kinandong mo yung yellow birkin ko. Enough time for me has passed that the anger has faded. BUT i hope you realize that the boy who celebrated his birthday last week thought the world of you, and he’s been through enough hell… And yet despite your mom being a doctor-nag TRIP kayo sa mga karamdaman ko… the whole of IG can read this, kayo naman ang hindi sumipot sa mediation. So i am making this offer, we can meet at a neutral location with your lawyers & mine. We can talk like civilized individuals- let’s not involve our siblings. Sumunod dito ay nagpalitan na ng mga komento sina Nicko at Kris. Muli ngang komento ni Nicko bilang tugon kay Kris, “I love Bimb and Kuya, and I’ve shown respect and care for them all through out our experiences — good and bad po. I have never involved them in any way that will put them in harm’s way.”
Dagdag pa ni Nicko sa isa pa niyang komento, “our family kept asking for a meeting to fix all of this, unfortunately it fell on deaf ears… My mother has never been deeply shamed. Hindi naman ito pinalampas ni Kris at kinontra ang sinabi ni Nicko tungkol sa pagse-set nila ng meeting kay Kris. Ayon kay Kris, ”nicko can you please not lie to the people? complete ang timeline namin. The last meeting was supposed to be in Polo Club, Oct 30, 2018 both Atty Sig & Dean Nilo cleared their schedules to be able to attend that 5 PM meeting, hindi ako member, my sister Pinky is. She made the reservation. Your lawyer (atty ponferrada) said late the night before nung sana maaayos na- you had refused to sign a SPECIAL POWER of ATTORNEY to authorize your mom or your Ate to sign whatever settlement we could agree upon. So walang saysay ang paghaharap. Please naman- hindi kami ang nag matigas. Kayo ang nagpahirap nito. May i ask you 1 question- sa buong gulo ni minsan ba napagsalitaan ko ang nanay mo, ate mo, o kapatid mo ng kabastusan? If you love your mom then surely my love for my sons is equal to that. The saddest part about this whole chapter, the ones we love most suffered the most.”
