NAGSANIB-PUWERSA sina Janjep Carlos at Wilbert Tolentino para sa inaasam na Mister Gay World 2019. Si Janjep ang representative ng Filipinas sa Mr. Gay World 2019 na gaganapin sa Cape Town, South Africa sa May 4. Aminado siyang may pressure at kinakabahan sa kompetisyong ito. Ngunit nangako si Janjep na pagbubutihin upang maiuwi sa bansa ang korona.
Matindi raw ang ginawa niyang preparasyon dito. Saad niya, “I really focused on my diet and workout because we know the competition there is very tight, it’s a big challenge for me.”
Gagawin niyang isang magandang pagkakataon ang pagiging Mr. Gay World Philipine para maibahagi ang advocacy niya tungkol sa mental health awareness.
“My advocacy is to promote mental health. I want to promote illness to wellness campaign because depression is real and I believe one of the important tools to fight depression is to keep yourself busy and channel your attention into something worthwhile. With love and understanding of people undergoing depression this illness can be transformed into wellness. I will carry my advocacy in the international level, and hope that the global community will support me,” sambit ni Janjep na nagsanay sa KF (Kagandahang Flores) Camp ni Rodgil Flores.
Ang Mr. Gay World Philippines Organization ay license holder para sa Pinoy delegate sa Mr. Gay World na ang dating pageant holder turned businessman na si Wilbert ang national director. Kompiyansa si Wilbert na malaki ang tsansa ni Janjep na maiuwi ang korona. Hinikayat din niya ang mga Pinoy na magkaisa at suportahan si Janjep.

As he leaves for Cape Town, South Africa on April 27, baon nya ang ating mga panalangin, pagmamahal at matinding suporta!
