Kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng Araw Ng Maynila, sa ilalim ng atas ni Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada, ang kikitain ngayon sa Miss Manila ay itutulong at mapupunta sa MARE Foundation, isang non-profit institution na pinamumunuan ni Ms. Jackie Ejercito, Chairperson at Pageant Director.

Ang grand coronation night ay gagawin sa Araw ng Maynila, June 24, 7:00 p.m. sa Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), at mapapanood sa ABS-CBN’s Sunday’s Best sa on June 25.
Magwawagi ang Miss Manila 2017 ng PhP 1,000,000.00 worth of prizes, kasama ang management contract at Php500,000.00 in cash; 1st Runner-Up (PhP 350,000.00 cash); 2nd Runner-Up (PhP 250,00.00 cash); 3rd Runner-Up (PhP 150,000.00 cash); 4th Runner-Up (PhP 100,000.00 cash)500,000 pesos, at contract sa VIVA.
Ang tatanghaling Miss Manila rin ang magre-represent sa City of Manila sa iba’t ibang functions at events.
