Pointman sa drug war itinalaga ni Digong

ISANG “pointman” ang itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte para maging sentralisado ang mga usapin kaugnay sa isinusulong na drug war ng administrasyong Duterte.

Hinirang kahapon ng Pangulo si Aurora Ignacio bilang “focal person” na tatanggap ng mga kuwestiyon at magbibigay ng karampatang aksiyon sa mga isyu na may kinalaman sa anti-illegal drugs campaign ng kanyang administrasyon.

“In the exigency of the service, Ms Aurora Ignacio, Assistant Secretary, Office of the President, is hereby designated as focal person to receive inquiries or clarifications and provide the necessary intervention on matters pertaining to the government’s anti-illegal drugs campaign,” ani Duterte.

Titiyakin aniya ni Ignacio na lahat ng gustong tumulong sa kampanya ay agad maaksiyonan at kung kinakailangan ay ipapasa sa kaukulang ahensiya.

“As focal person, she shall also ensure that those offering assistance to the said campaign are immediately acted upon and, whenever necessary, refer the same to the agencies concerned,” dagdag ng Pangulo.

Si Ignacio ay assistant secretary for special project sa Office of the President.
