Committe report sa SSS pension hike aaprubahan sa Nobyembre 15 (Pangako ng House panel)

AAPRUBAHAN ng House of Representatives committee on government enterprises and privatization sa susunod na buwan ang kanilang report kaugnay sa panukalang pagkakaloob ng P2,000 dagdag sa buwanang pensiyon ng Social Security System (SSS) members.

Sinabi ni Committee chairman North Cotabato 1st District Rep. Jesus Sacdalan, ang committee report sa 16 panukala ay aaprubahan (with or without the presence of SSS officials) sa nakatakdang pagdinig ng panel sa Nobyembre 15.

“The proposals then were given back to us after the appropriations committee acted on them. We are done with the committee report and it is only a matter of approving it on Nov. 15,” pahayag ni Sacdalan.

Aniya, ang pag-apruba sana sa committee report sa nakaraang pagdinig noong Oktubre 18 ay nabinbin bunsod nang hindi pagsipot ng SSS officials.

Ayon sa mambabatas, inaprubahan ng panel noong Setyembre 7 ang 16 panukalang nagsusulong ng P2,000 across-the-board increase sa monthly SSS pension.
