Ikino-consider ni Andrea del Rosario na one of the greatest blessings of the year 2020 ang pagkabawi niya finally noong October ng unang bahay na kanyang binili sa BF Homes – Parañaque last 2005.
Naikuwento ng Calatagan, Batangas vice mayor in her Facebook post last October: “Around 15 years ago, this was the first house I bought when I became an actress (the house was even featured in the ABS-CBN magazine at that time).”
Shortly, right after she was able to pay the property, someone contested her ownership of the said house.
She supposedly got involved with a ‘syndicate’ and because of her failure to post bond, she was able to lose possession of the house and was in this case battle for years.
“Until recently, because of an amazing legal team, I won the case! In the next few days, with the help of the sheriff I will finally get the possession of the house again! More than 15 years of heartache. God you’re truly amazing! Thank you lord.”
May problema raw kasi ‘yung mga papeles and she doesn’t want to go into details anymore. But what’s most important is that she won the case this year.
Simple lang daw ang kanilang celebration ng Christmas.
Just a small gathering with her family and Anthony’s as well.
Si Anthony Garcia ay miyembro ng Philippine National Polo Team na nag-second place sa 5th All Asia Cup polo tournament na ginanap sa Thailand noong February.
Sa taong 2021, gusto raw niyang gawing simple ang kanyang buhay.
Gusto raw niyang mag-build ng maraming memories with her 10-year-old daughter Bea.
“And hopefully, work on moving to America. Half of the time here and half there.
“And working on having another… baby?” she said in jest.
Anyhow, the pandemic has supposedly given her two good blessings.
Una, she was able to put up a business for her family.
Ang pay center sa Angeles, Pampanga ay natapos na and was able to have a soft opening last November 24, 2019.
Dapat ay nag-open raw ito before the pandemic.
It’s really for my family.”
