Public bidding sa BCG lot sisimulan na

SISIMULAN ngayon buwan ng Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) ang public bidding para sa development ng isang loteng pag-aari ng  gobyerno  na  nasa  Bonifacio  Global  City, Taguig.

Tiwala si BCDA officer-in-charge Aileen Zosa, marami ang  interesado na upahan ang naturang lupa para gawing commercial-residential complex.

Ang nasabing lote ay ang Lawton Corporate Center Lot, may sukat na 5,000 square meters, nasa Lawton Avenue, pagitan ng National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) at McKinley West.

“We are optimistic and expect this property to draw a lot of interest from top real estate developers because of its strategic location and proximity to various high-end commercial and residential areas like Bonifacio Global City, McKinley, Forbes Park, and Newport City, including the NAIA III,” ani Zosa .

Ang lease contract ay 25 taon at maaaring i-renew ng karagdagang 25 taon.        (JAJA GARCIA)
