Max Collins, may ‘me time’ pa rin kahit may baby na

“HAPPY momma makes a happy baby.”

 

Ito ang pahayag ni Max Collins kung bakit mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng “me time” bilang isang ina.

 

Sa kanyang Instagram post, ikinuwento ni Max ang challenges sa pag-aalaga sa kanilang newborn ni Pancho Magno na si baby Skye Anakin na tiyak nararanasan din ng ibang mommies.

 

“I think it’s okay to have some “me” time once in a while to stretch/exercise- why this early postpartum you ask? I was cleared by my midwife to do light exercises since I don’t have a tear and I’ve already recovered from giving birth (one of the many benefits of having a water birth!),” aniya.

 

Dagdag pa niya, “Also, I believe a happy momma makes a happy baby, and I can only be a happy momma if my body and mind are functioning well. Let’s be kind to ourselves so we have love to give to others. And btw, working out isn’t just about losing weight, it’s about your overall health, get that blood flowing and endorphins kick in.”
