SABI ni Cherry Pie Picache, once na makilala mo raw si Erich Gonzales, maninibago ka dahil ibang-iba siya sa image na kanyang ipino-project. Bukod sa napakabait raw nito, she’s very appreciative and prayerful as well.

Honestly, nami-misinterpret lang daw ng iba ang ugali niya.

“When you get to know her, parang Mentos iyan. Akala mo she’s tough and hard,” she said in obvious admiration of the winsome actress.

“She’s just really soft and very hardworking.

“She values her craft very well, her work very well, napakasipag. Tapos sweet,” she added further.

The press had a grand time talking to Cherry Pie at the farewell presscon of The Blood Sisters, last Monday, August 13.

Idinagdag ni Cherry Pie na marahil ay nami-misinterpret lang daw ng iba ang pagiging frank at honest ni Erich.

“A lot of people will look at her na parang… she’s very meticulous with her work, she’s very meticulous with what she does, she’s very meticulous with herself, ‘di ba?

“Inaalagaan niya ang sarili niya. Hindi siya showbiz. Very frank, straightforward.

“So siguro, ‘yung iba, nami-misinterpret.”

Sa set, hindi raw ma-chika si Erich.

“She works when she’s on the set,” she intoned. “Lalo na ang hirap-hirap ng ginagawa niya, kasi minsan tapos na kami, siya hindi pa! Ang hirap!

“Sabi ko nga, kung ako iyan, bakulaw na (ako).”

Nai-share ni Cherry Pie ang isa sa mga unforgettable scenes ni Erich.

“Yung first heavy scene namin sa Ba­guio, kasi talagang nagulat ako, kasi it was really my first time to work with her dito sa The Blood Sisters.

“Hindi ko ini-expect na ganoon pala siya magtrabaho, she puts her heart and passion into it,” she said in obvious admiration of Erich’s professionalism.

And with that, ito po ang Kuya Pete ninyo na nagsasabing, Christopher, my son, I love you very, very much, my love for you goes beyond eternity.
