How to get help through Viber
Customers can connect with BingoPlus customer support through the official BingoPlus Viber Bot in four simple steps:
- Join the official BingoPlus Viber Channel at https://www.viber.com/bingoplus, then tap the Bot icon in the upper-right corner to switch to the BingoPlus Viber Bot.
- Link your BingoPlus account. If the account is not yet linked, tap “Link BingoPlus” and follow the on-screen instructions. Customers whose accounts are already linked can skip this step.
- Connect with customer support. Once the account is linked, tap “Get Support” in the Viber Bot menu to start a customer support chat.
- Send the concern and end the chat. Type the question or describe the concern, and a customer support agent will respond. Once the concern is resolved, tap “End Support” to end the conversation.
BingoPlus encourages customers to use only its official Viber channels and never to share their passwords, OTPs or verification codes with anyone.
