Tserman inireklamo kay Mayor Vico dahil sa ‘illegal’ multi-purpose hall

NAGHAIN ng reklamo sa tanggapan ni Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto ang isang kompanya laban sa barangay chairman ng Barangay Rosario dahil sa ilegal na pagtatayo ng multi-purpose hall na sinakop ang bahagi ng pagmamay-ari nitong lupain.

Batay sa liham ni Atty. Ramon Remollo, abogado ng Industrial Enterprises Inc. (IEI) kay Sotto, may petsang 20 Pebrero 2025, tumanggi si Aquilino dela Cruz, Jr., chairman ng Barangay Rosario, na bigyan ng fencing permit ang kanilang kompanya bunsod ng pagkuwestiyon sa IEI bilang lehitimong may-ari ng lupang kinatitirikan ng dalawang palapag na Multi-Purpose Hall sa Int. A. Rodriguez Ave., Rosario, Pasig City, kahit klaro ang mga dokumentong magpapasinungaling sa kanilang mga akusasyon.

Binigyan diin ni Remollo na ang pagkakait ni Dela Cruz na pagkalooban ng fencing permit ang IEI ay nag-ugat sa ‘pangamba’ nitong ma-demolish ang bahagi ng multi-purpose hall na sinakop ang lote ng kompanya.

“Such is farthest from the truth according to our client’s representatives Henry Collado of DNC Engineering Services and Mr. Juan Q. Alog. The truth is your office did not receive the Application documents for Fencing Permit of our client was upon your instruction that you will do so only if the fencing would exclude the Barangay Hall outpost you caused to be erected on our client’s subject property without its consent and/or acquiescence,” sabi ng abogado.

Kalakip ng liham ang sinumpaang salaysay nina Collado at Alog hinggil sa narinig nilang direktiba ni Dela Cruz sa kanyang mga tauhan sa tanggapan ng barangay.

Nabatid kay Remollo na batay sa certification na inilabas ng Pasig City Building Official, walang building permit ang nasabing multi-purpose hall kaya’t maituturing itong ‘illegal structure’ na dapat gibain.

Napag-alaman kay Aida Sy, isa sa mga may-ari ng lupa, binigyan ang kompanya ng demolition permit ni Dela Cruz noong Biyernes, 7 Marso, kahit ang isinumiteng requirements ay pareho sa fencing permit application.

“Paano nangyari na the same applicant, the same set of requirements, the same property and location, Dela Cruz granted demolition permit while he denied fencing permit. This only bolster that the affidavit of our people, saying that he refused to issue fencing permit if we will not exclude the portion where he built the multi-purpose hall encroaching in our property,” giit ni Sy.

“It is a clear case of a barangay official’s abuse of power and authority,” dagdag niya.

“‘Yung pera ng bayan ay hindi dapat gamitin sa isang private property, alam niya ‘yan. It reeks of irregularity. Moreso that he did not obtain a building permit. We cannot have officials like that. It is a disservice to the public.”

Wala pang sagot ang tanggapan ni Sotto kaugnay sa usapin.
