Floyd wala na sa hulog — Media

PAGKARAANG dominahin ni Manny Pacquiao si Timothy Bradley nitong buwan ng Abril sa MGM Grand sa Las Vegas para manalo via unanimous decision—muling nagpalabas ng pahayag si Floyd Mayweather sa media  sa naging performance ni Pacman.

Ayon kay Floyd, pinanood niya ang laban ng dalawa at bahagya siyang na-impressed sa naging laro ni Manny.

“Congratulations: [Pacquiao] was the better man,” pahayag ni Mayweather . “But as far Bradley, whoever he’s working out with, they have to make a lot of changes because he’s lifting too many weights. He’s more worried about how he looks on the scale than he how performs inside that ring.”

Sa nasabing laban ay nakabawi si Pacquiao sa pagkatalo niya kay Bradley sa isang kontrobersiyal na split decision noong 2012.

“Bradley went out there and fought his heart out, but I think that he was throwing a lot of shots like an amateur. I think he was making a lot of mistakes. He was very, very fatigued early on. I think that he was making a lot of mistakes and fighting like an amateur.”

Pero sa bandang huli ng pahayag ni Floyd ay minaliit niya ang total performance ng dalawa..

“I think both fighters fought like amateurs. I thought Pacquiao fought like an amateur, also, and I wasn’t pleased with his performance. But he got the victory the best way he knows how. But I wasn’t pleased with his performance at all. I’m seeing something totally different in Pacquiao, but still, that don’t make me say I’m going to go out there and fight him because he’s with [promoter] Bob Arum and I’m with Mayweather Promotions.”

Sa ipinahayag ni Mayweather, nagkakaisa ang media sa buong mundo na mananatiling bahag ang buntot nito kay Pacquiao.   Dahil ang lohika—alam na alam pala ni Floyd na humina na si Pacquiao, pero bakit  hindi pa rin niya harapin ang hamon ng dating hari ng pound-for-pound.

Nakatakdang lumaban si Mayweather sa May 3 kontra kay Marcos Maidana ng Argentina.
