NAPAKABUTI ng puso ng mag-asawang Engr Louie and Engr Grace Cristobal ng BLVCK Entertainment dahil sila ang dahilan kung bakit matutuloy na ang naudlot na Summer Festival na tatawagin na ngayong BLVCK Summer Festival 2024: Rekta sa Kalye.
Kaya naman tuloy na tuloy na ang pagsasagawa ng pinakahihintay na BLVCK Summer Festival 2024: Rekta sa Kalye na isasagawa sa April 13, 2024, 9:00 a.m. sa SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.
Kamakailan, masayang ibinalita ng Breakout entertainment company, BLVCK Entertainment, in cooperation with Rekta Sa Kalye ang pagsasagawa ng Rekta sa Kalye concert na marami ang nag-aabang at naghihintay.
Anang mga producer, ang concert ay bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng lokal na musika at kulturang Filipino na magsasama-sama ang mahigit 30 artists mula sa mundo ng OPM, Hiphop, at P-Pop.
Ilan sa mga magpe-perform sa BLVCK Summer Festival 2024 sina Rico Blanco, Sandwich, Franco, December Avenue, Al James, Flow G, Omar Baliw, Allison Shore, Nobita, Kiyo, Gins and Melodies, Crazy as Pinoy, Smugglaz, Carm, 6ENSE, Blvck Flowers, Blvck Purple at marami pang iba.
Ayon sa mga bossing ng BLVCK Entertainment, nais nilang makatulong sa pagpapalawig at lalo pang pagtatagumpay ng Philippine music industry.
“We are also giving opportunities to new artists who want to go mainstream in the music industry.
“We aim to present as many talents as we can who get their chance to showcase their abilities out in the streets. There are many who will be featured in the festival,” ani Ms Grace sa mediacon ng music fest.
Noong November, 2023 pa dapat ang concert subalit nagkaroon ng problema sa unang producer, anang chief operating officer (CEO) and director ng festival na si Mong Feliciano at mula sa concept ng kompanyang Drop Out.
“Our vision remains, to give opportunities to new talents and give a platform to new talents. That was what we’ve been doing for the last six years. Today, we were blessed to work with Black Entertainment.
“Our show faced problems last year, that was why it didn’t push through. But Black Entertainment became our resolution because it’s aligned with their vision. That was how it started.
“We are looking at the same route. Right now, it came to a point where the event will really happen on April 13 at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) concert grounds. This will be a celebration of local Filipino music and culture,” ani Mong.
“It’s not always about the money. We can get the money somewhere else. This has long been our dream. And right now, with everybody helping us, thank you so much for being with us today. That is such a big help to us,” dagdag pa.
