Sa totoo lang, isa si Nadine sa madalas mabiktima ng body shaming at hate comments ng netizens sa social media. Tulad na lang ng komento sa isa niyang litrato sa Twitter na sinabing ibang-iba ang itsura niya ngayon kompara noong magka-loveteam pa sila ni James Reid.
Anang netizen, nagmukha siyang matanda at na tuyot. Hindi ito pinalampas ng aktres at sinagot ng, “I find it so weird when people say I’ve changed and I look older. What? Were you expecting me to be the same person when I was 21? I’m turning 29 next week,” ani Nadine.
Isang netizen ang nag-retweet sa post ni Nadine at nagkomento ng, “Gurl ang dumi at dry kasi ng balat mo kay mukha kang matanda.”
Supalpal na sagot ni Nadine, “At least di kasing dumi ng ugali mo.”
