Calista handang-handa na sa Vaxx-To-Normal Concert

MATAPOS ang matagumpay na media launch ng Calista noong Marso 8, 2022, at performance sa Philippines’ first-ever P-Pop Convention, noong Abril 9-10, tutok naman ngayon ang Calista, ang hottest girl group ng bansa, sa kanilang Vaxx to Normal concert, sa Abril 26 sa Araneta Coliseum.

Ayon sa kanilang manager na si Tyronne Escalante, “Calista is training for 12 hours, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.—workshops, voice lessons, dance training…Training double time for the concert.”

Magiging special guests ng Calista sa kanilang concert sina Yeng Constantino, Elmo Magalona, AC Bonifacio, Darren Espanto, Andrea Brillantes, at Ken San Jose.

Samantala, unti-unti nang gumagawa ng pangalan ang Calista. Sa performance nila sa Pinoy Pop (P-Pop) Convention sa New Frontier Theatre, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, sinayaw-awit ng Calista ang kanilang latest single, ang Race Car at ang Little Mix’s Woman Like Me.

Ginulat ng girl group ang mga manonood sa kanilang high high energy, dynamic choreography, at vocals. 

Sa live event at recorded videos sa YouTube, napuri rin ang malaking improvement ng Calista mula sa sinundang performance nila sa media launch.

Ani Tyronne, “the progress of the girls could be credited to their hard work and dedication.

“Olive, Anne, Laize, Dain, Denize, and Elle poured their heart into their performance.

“The girls also appreciate the concern and constructive criticism from their fans and P-pop fans.

“They continue to remain humble and work hard to earn the admiration of the

P-pop industry and its fans.”

Dagdag pa niya, “ the management, with the producer Merlion Events Production Inc., made significant changes in the coaching line-up that also contributed to the girl’s growth.

“We are now partnering with Douglas Nierras of Power Dance to fasttrack the improvement of their dance performance.”

Si Douglas Nierras ay isa sa mahuhusay na choreographers sa Pilipinas. Isa siyang dance legend sa mahigit 40 taon niyang karanasan sa industriya.

Bukod kay Nierras, idinagdag din bilang choreographer ng Calista si Vimi Rivera.

Si Rivera ay World of Dance Manila Director, may-ari ng Groove Central Dance Studio; head choreographer ng Legit Status, at ABS-CBN choreographer.

”Marnie”Jereza.
