PH sasabak sa giyera (Para sa Philippine Rise) — Duterte

NAGBABALA  si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, nakahanda ang kanyang administrasyon sumabak sa giyera kapag nanghimasok ang ibang bansa sa Phi­lippine Rise.

Sa kanyang talumpati, iginiit ni Pangulong Duterte, may soberanya ang Filipinas sa Philippine Rise.

“If you look at the map of the Philippines, the right side is east, your left side is west, in eastern (part) that’s Philippine Rise. That’s really ours,” aniya.

Nagpadala ang Pangulo ng isang batalyong sundalo ng Philippine Marines sa Cagayan para magpatrolya sa Philippine Rise.

“I sent Marines there, one battalion. I said, ‘No one will experiment there until they have gotten permit from me, but the Armed Forces will have to recommend it. Otherwise, no. I will not allow fishing… we will have war,” dagdag niya.

Matatandaan, iniutos ni Duterte ang pagtigil ng lahat ng marine scientific researches ng mga dayuhan sa Philippine Rise kamakailan.

Ito’y makaraan uma­ni ng kritisismo ang gobyerno sa pagpayag na magsagawa ng research ang China sa kabila ng arbitral ruling na sakop ng Filipinas ang exclusive economic zone ng Philippine Rise.

Kaugnay nito, inamin ng Pangulo, pinag-aara­lan niya ang inalok na “co-ownership” sa China sa mga teritoryo sa South China Sea na sakop ng Filipinas.

“Now they have offered joint exploration, so this is like co-ownership. It’s like the two of us, which are owners (of the area). That’s better than having a rift,” anang Pangulo.
