INILUNSAD ng TV5 ang Star Worx, ang kanilang bagong premiere talent management arm, noong May 5, 2026, sa TV5 Center, Mandaluyong City. Ito ay dating kilala bilang MediaQuest Artists Agency(MQAA).
Sanib-puwersa ang TV5, Star Worx at si Mr Johnny Manahan o mas kilala bilang Mr M sa paghubog ng susunod na henerasyon ng mga artista at original content.
Ipinakilala nila ang unang batch ng artists bilang Block 1 tampok ang mga fresh faces, new voices, at future stars na handa para tukuyin ang entertainment.
Isinakto ang launching sa Mayo de Cinco ng TV5, kaya maituturing ito na masuwerte (May 5 sa TV5).
Dumalo sa paglulunsad ng Block 1 artists ang mga big boss ng TV5 na sina President and CEO Guido R. Zaballero, President & CEO of MediaQuest Holdings Victorico “Ricky” P. Vargas, Star Worx starmaker Mr. M, Star Worx head Jeff Remigio, at consultant for Entertainment Content and Creative Strategy Enrico Santos.
Si Jeff ang nagpaliwanag kung paano nga ba nag-umpisa ang MQAA na ngayo’y tinatawag ng star Worx. Aaniya, “We started this journey back, almost two years ago.
“And then we said, we needed to have an artist agency that at least would… would somehow support muna, support lang, the basic needs of the organization of the network, and then what we plan to do.
“Today, I’m very happy to say that we have signed more than 50 artists from MQAA. We’re very proud of our artists today.
“And slowly but surely, they’re making a mark in some of the shows that we have.”
Nalaman naming si Cedrick Juan pala ang kanilang kauna-unahang signed artist, na napapanood ngayon sa primetime series na A Secret in Prague.
“He was fresh out of the ‘GomBurZa’ when I talked to him. I said, ‘Ced, please trust us. You know, we will come up with something good for you,’” sabi pa ni Jeff.
“And it just starts there. We want to be able to continue this dream, and this mission.
“But we said, we needed to elevate. We needed to revolutionize. We needed to evolve.
“And so we said, we needed an expert, right? In the industry.
“And so late last year, we said, ‘Kailangan natin ng isang Mr. M.’
“And so, Mr. M, thank you for joining our organization.
“Thank you for sharing your wisdom, and your vision. You are indeed a true living legend of a star builder.”
Buong pagmamalaki namang sinabi ng Media Quest Holdings President & CEO na si Mr Ricky na, nakapagbuo sila ng strong pillars kaya ganoon na lamang sila ka-proud.
“We are number one in sports. In news, we continue to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
“And through Cignal, we have created one of the most robust programming ecosystem in the country. Spanning streamline, streaming, OTT, and Pay TV.
“While we continue to open our minds to new technology, we will surprise you with new technology to serve our audience better.”
Sinabi pa ni Mr Vargas na conmitment nila ang mag-discover, mag-nurture, at i-elevate ang kanilang sariling alaga.
“We are not quite there at full flight. We’re not yet in the air.
“But we are on the runway, building momentum. And we are preparing to take off.
Ibinahagi naman ni Mr. M kung paanong napunta siya sa TV5.
Aniya, matagal ba sjlang nag-uusap ni Mr Manny Pangilinan, Chairman of Mediaquest Holdings, Inc. and Associated Broadcasting Corporation (TV5).
“And we found ourselves together. And I’m so happy because, I feel so comfortable here at TV5 and many old faces here.
“It takes a lot of people actually to create
artists’ work, make stars.
“And a lot of people working, ako lang ang namahala.
“Of course, you work, you do the work and then, katulad sa sinasabing ‘the magic happens,’ magiging stars na sila.
“You do the work, with a little bit of luck and help from these people, they can become stars.”

Kasama rin sina Carmela Lorzano, 17; Celyn David, 18; Kaitlyn King, 15; Keisha Serna, 18; Marthena Jickain, 19; Nathalie Apollo, 13; Rahil Gatali, 14; Selina Griffin, 16; at Steph Razon, 17.
“We weren’t just on the lookout for performers; we are cultivating icons,” ani Mr. M. “These 16 artists have the discipline, the heart, and that indefinable ‘X-factor’ that the Filipino audience deserves.”
Ang Star Worx ay higit pa sa isang ahensya. Sila ang magbibigay katuparan sa pangarap ng 16 na matutupad kapag nag-align ang mga star sa kanila.
