INARESTO ng Aviation police ang isang piloto ng AirAsia Zest sa kaso ng paglabag sa Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act.
Kadarating lang sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport ng pilotong si Captain Mark Takeahi Hill kasama ang ibang crew mula sa Macau nang arestohin sa bisa ng warrant of arrest.
Nabatid na nagsampa ng kaso laban sa kanya ang dating asawa sa Pasay Prosecutor’s Office dahil sa pang-aabuso.
Kahapon naglabas ang AirAsia management ng statement tungkol sa insidente na bahala na ang kinauukulan sa naturang kaso.
“The airline is not involved in the personal issue between the accused and the complainant and it is best left for relevant authorities to investigate and resolve,” anang AirAsia.
