Kanselado ang registration ng mga grupo dahil sa mga sumusunod:
Pagkabigong makakuha ng 2-porsyento ng mga bumoto para sa party-list system; at pagkabigong makakuha ng pwesto sa ikalawang round ng seat allocation para sa party-list system sa nakalipas na dalawang magkasunod na halalan.
