No take policy sa Customs, violated!?

ISANG malaking kahihiyan para sa PNoy administration at kay Secretary Cesar Purisima ng Department of Finance (DoF) kung may katotohanan ang ginawang pagbubulgar na anomalya ni Shiela Castaloni, officer in charge of the DoF One Stop shop tax credit and duty drawback Interagency Center (OSS).

Ito ay tungkol sa weekly bribery money allegedly committed by one top customs official that he received 4 MILLION weekly ‘tongpats’ money courtesy ng importers o baka ng smugglers.

Sa isang confidential memo na isinumite kay Secretary Purisima ni Castaloni, ang nasabing anomalya ay nabunyag dahil na rin sa kwento o kadaldalan ng opisyal sa kanyang bestfriend na ibinulgar ang sekreto ng isang deputy commissioner of customs na galing sa   Office of the Revenue Agency Modernization (ORAM) group.

ORAM is an office created under Executive Order 140 which selected the retired generals by DOF to be posted in customs to fight graft and corruption in lieu of organic and career officer of the Bureau.

Now their HONESTY and INTEGRITY is under question, because of this issue!

Ano kayang motibo ni Castaloni? Why did she expose the wrongdoing of her friend? Ano naman ang dahilan ng kanyang Bespren para ibulgar ang anomalyang ito?

Ang malupit dito ay nagdamay pa ng ibang opisyal in the lead story dahil siguro po sa kwento ni Depcom at hindi raw matanggihan ang iniaalok?

‘E sino ba naman ang makatatanggi sa 4 million a week x 4 weeks or 16 million a month? How long na ba si Depcom sa Customs? Malaki-laki na rin pala ang naipon niya for sure… tinalo pa ang mga senador at congressman nito.

Most of the ORAM people assigned at the customs ang tanging qualification lang po nila ay base sa trust and confidence of the President bilang mga officer in charge ngayon sa customs.

Para ipaglaban ang daang matuwid program by the President to stop corruption in Government.

Hindi biro ang expose na ito and the burden of proof ay nasa kamay ni Castaloni. Tiyak maraming senador, congressman and other politicians ang nakabasa at nagtatanong regarding this issue.

Ano kaya ang isasagot ni Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima at ni Commissioner John Sevilla sa isyung ito?

Are they going to deny it?
