I’ve faithfully obeyed my doctors, starting with sleeping at the right time, reducing my daily workload to a manageable 12 hours, having rest days, taking my medicines, and of course healthy eating. Ate Mel was able to buy my reduced fat butter & cheese, as well as my new favorite snack, The Daily Crave Veggie Sticks from @smmarkets.
“I need to take my BP 3X a day, and September is starting good because my blood pressure has normalized, even after a full day of work yesterday w/ travel to & from Subic for shooting #etiquetteformistresses.
“My reward today? I get to fulfill my promise to Bimb that on the 1st day that Gerbel leaves us, I’m going to be the 1 to pick him up from school & he & Kuya can have all of me for the rest of the day. (Thank you Lord that I had no scenes to shoot today.) God bless you all.”

May litratong ipinost din si Kris na kuha naman ng assistant ni kuya Boy Abunda na si Philip Ababon Rojas habang kausap ang King of Talk nang dalawin siya sa bahay niya.
Base sa post ng TV host/ actress, nagbalik-tanaw sila ng mga nangyari rin noong nakaraang taon.
“Boy and I reminisced that a year ago, almost the exact same time, I was hospitalized was also when Boy got sick. Thank god, September na, we talked about prioritizing good health and being grateful about life in general.
“Boy came with a lot of good news, a new endorsement for Kuya Josh (this thrilled my siblings and meso much-nakaka touch and nakaka-proud, a renewal for the 3 of us, a renewal for me plus 3 new ones.
“I’ve always said that Boy has really taken good care of me, protected me, guided me, accepted me, nurtured me, and most of all has stayed honest with me. TRUE, the 2 of us have achieved.”
