Kiko Matos, game sa hubaran at pakikipaghalikan sa kapwa lalaki

MATAPANG pala itong si Kiko Matos. He is game kasi sa hubaran.

Kahit na raw sa stage, kaya niyang maghubad.

“I am open to nudity on stage but I am more open on nudity sa film,” say ni Kiko sa amin during his break sa pictorial nila for The Glass Menagerie.

Ang problem lang palay ay ang manager niyang si Mell Navarro na ayaw na maghubad siya.

“Medyo sensitive si Mell sa nudity. Sa akin, okay lang naman if the script calls for it. It depends on the script,” say ni Kiko na gumaganap bilang Jim O’connor, the gentleman caller, sa nasabing play.

Wala ring hesitation si Kiko sa man-to-man kissing, hindi iyon magiging problema sa kanya. Actually, nagawa na niya ito sa indie film niyang Edna nang makipaghalikan siya kay Ronnie Lazaro sa isang eksena.

“Depende sa script. If I like the script I don’t see any reason why I should not do it,” sabi niya.

The Glass Menagerie also stars Timmy Cruz, Arnold Reyes, and Michiko Unso with Edith Mandigma as director, Darwin Losing as lighting designer, Jerold Igharas as production manager, Kheaneth Ballovar as stage manager and William Guillermo as technical director. It is a production of the Actor’s Repertory Theater and Thinktalk Creative Communication.
