When I’m home, I never fail to watch Bea Alonzo’s Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon.
Bukod sa star-studded ito (it has an impressive cast composed of the finest in the industry like Paulo Avelino, Maricar Reyes, Dina Bonne-vie, Tonton Gutierrez, Albert Martinez, Ms. Susan Roces and Mr. Eddie Garcia, among many others), bongga ang story line na talaga namang ri-veting at interesting.
It’s about vendetta and I love the way it’s being executed as the story progresses.
Gusto ko sana ang Emmanuelle character ni Bea but she died already to give way to the Rose character.
No’ng buhay pa si Emmanuelle, gustung-gusto ko ang kanyang character na sophisticated nga but with a heart of gold.
But now that she’s gone (she died in that morbid car-blowing incident), masarap tutukan ang paghihiganti ni Rose sa mga taong may kagagawan sa nangyari sa kanya.
Indeed, Ms. Bea Alonzo has greatly matured as an actress.
Imagine, the Emmanuelle character was 35 years of age and Rose was barely 25 and yet naipakita niya ang innocence ng isang sheltered at protected na heiress and the sophistication and intrinsic goodness of the Emmanuelle character as well.
Totoo ka, isa siya sa pinakamahuhusay na aktres ng kanyang panahon.
Pakatutukan ang Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon na napanonood right after Ikaw Lamang.
