NAGPASALAMAT ang talented na recording artist na si Janah Zaplan sa mga nasa likod ng kanyang contract signing bilang isang Star Pop artist.
Post ni Janah sa kanyang FB:
Better late than never! Sharing a quick look at our Star Pop contract signing
I’m beyond thankful to the bosses who continue to believe in me, Sir Roxy, Sir Rox, Sir Jonathan, and Ma’am Abbey. To Ma’am Gina for welcoming me into this family, and to my biggest supporters, my parents and loved ones — this is for you. And above all, thank You Lord for making this possible.
Sa panayam namin sa mahusay na singer na mas lalong blooming ang beauty ngayon, sinabi ni Janah na hindi raw agad nag-sink-in sa kanya ang mga kaganapan sa kanilang contract signing.
Aniya, “Yes po, I finally had the chance to renew my contract with them!
“Honestly, the moment didn’t fully sink in while I was signing. I was overwhelmed with emotion. But being part of that special event made everything feel real.”
Pagpapatuloy pa ni Janah, “This time, it wasn’t just about putting my name on paper. It felt like a true milestone. I first signed with them during the pandemic, all done online, so experiencing it in person now made it even more meaningful.
“I’m truly grateful for the trust they continue to give me.”
Ang Star Pop ay connected din sa Star Music. “Star Pop PH is actually a sub-label under Star Music, created to better highlight artists based on their specific music genre. Since most of my music leans toward pop, Star Pop is really the label that fits me best,” pakli pa ng dalaga nina Daddy Boyet at Ms. Dencie Zaplan,
Nagbalik-tanaw si Janah sa kanyang journey sa mundo ng showbiz.
“I’ve loved music since I was a kid. Although dancing was my first passion, my parents soon realized I could sing too. I started joining contests and workshops to develop my skills.
“My big break came when I joined a competition on Eat Bulaga, where I met Sir Arnie Mendaroz, the songwriter behind my first two singles. I was initially with Ivory Records, where I worked alongside Zack Tabudlo. Later, I released songs distributed by Star Music and eventually signed with them as an official artist.
“So far, I’ve released 10 songs, and I’m proud of how much I’ve grown in my music journey,” sambit pa niya.
Ano ang wish niyang mangyari sa kanyang showbiz career?
Tugon ni Janah, “My biggest wish is for more people to discover and listen to my music, especially the kind of audience that resonates with the stories I share through my songs.
“Of course, I also hope to reach bigger streaming numbers. And if I were to dream big, I’d love to collaborate with other artists, maybe even do my own concert someday. I’m also excited to eventually explore songwriting and grow more as an artist.”
