GRABENG lait ang inabot ni Nadine Lustre nang i-post ng isang fan sa Siargao ang litrato na kasama niya ang aktres na mabilis na nag-viral sa social media.

Panglalait na komento nga ng ilang netizen na nakakita ng litrato “daog” na ang itsura ni Nadine, na mukha na raw itong “Badjao” at “pulubi.”

Pero to the rescue naman ang mga solid supporters ni Nadine na agad-agad ipinagtanggol at dinipensahan.

Anang fans, maganda pa rin ito kahit nababad ang kulay sa tubig-dagat at araw.

“What’s wrong with how she looks? Nadine is beautiful regardless if her skin tone fits your standards or not. This isn’t how we should treat our fellow Filipinas. Rather than dragging her down, we should celebrate her natural beauty- especially in this day and age when whitening or skin-altering products are being used to fit ‘ accepted’ beauty standards.”
