IPINAGBAWAL na sa official social media pages ng Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) at attached agencies nito ang cross posting ng ibang ahensiya ng pamahalaan dahil sa hindi awtorisadong paskil ng National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTFELCAC) sa kanilang social media pages kaugnay sa isyu ng pagpapasara sa ABS-CBN noong Sabado.
Sa inilabas na Department Order 20-009 Series of 2020 ni Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, nakasaad na patuloy na ipinamamahala sa Radio Television Malacañang ( RTVM), isang attached agency ng PCOO, ang cross-posting activity sa mga official social media pages ng kagawaran.
Tinukoy sa kautusan na limitado ito sa livestreaming ng news events briefing ng Pangulo, Presidential Spokesperson, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, PCOO Secretary, mga miyembro ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID), major primetime news and public affairs program ng PTV-4, Radyo Pilipinas, at Philippine News Agency.
Tukoy na aniya ng PCOO kung sino ang responsable sa cross-posting ng kontrobersiyal na NTFELCAC Facebook post na pinagpapaliwanag na at maaaring papatawan ng karampatang aksiyon.
“With the identification of the individual accountable for uploading and sending of the contentious Facebook post, our office deems an investigation into the matter, unnecessary. A memorandum is scheduled to be sent within the day asking the individual for an explanation, after which the proper action will be taken by the PCOO,” ani Andanar.
“We have undertaken the initial step of limiting access to the PCOO’s social media pages and accounts. We would like to reassure the public that we will uphold accountability on matters like this in order to minimize such unfortunate instances from happening again in the future,” dagdag niya.
Matatandaan, inilaglag nang dalawang beses ng Palasyo si Communications Undersecretary at self-proclaimed NTFELCAC spokesperson Lorraine Badoy nang ikawing sa anti-communist propaganda ang isyu ng pagpapasara ng gobyerno sa ABS-CBN.
Dumistansya si Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque sa mga inilathala ni Badoy sa Facebook page ng NTFELCAC na nagbabala sa publiko sa paggamit ng Communist Party of the Philippines ( CPP) at National Democratic Front ( NDF) sa isyu ng ABS-CBN franchise para pabagsakin ang administrasyong Duterte.
Iginiit din ni Roque noong Sabdo na walang kinalaman ang Palasyo sa unang mga inihayag ng NTFELCAC sa kanilang FB page na nalathala sa PCOO at RTVM official social media page.
Habang si Andanar ay naghugas kamay sa cross-post ng NTFELCAC sa kanilang official social media page noong Sabado.
Bagamat tinanggal ang kontrobersiyal na NTFELCAC post kaugnay sa isyu ng ABS-CBN sa kanilang FB page noong Sabdo , umani ito ng kritisismo mula sa iba’t ibang media personalities at organizations.
Noong Linggo ay naglathala ng litanya si Badoy sa FB page ng NTFELCAC kaugnay sa aniya’y paggamit ng CPP-NDF at umano’y legal fronts nito para batikusin ang administrasyong Duterte. (ROSE NOVENARIO)
