Direk Zapata, positibo sa Victor Magtanggol

SI Direk Dominic Zapata ang direktor ng Victor Magtanggol ng GMA, at may mensahe siya sa mga basher na nagsasabing copycat ng Thor ang Victor Magtanggol.

“This I feel very emotional about; I want people to realize that for every show that we make, we put a lot of work into it and around more than two hundred people are involved in every show.

“Hoping that the show will succeed and be able to last for at least four months.

“Kasi ang mga taong ito hindi kumikita habang walang show. Kumikita lang sila habang may show.

“So if you’re going to dissuade viewers from watching, please remember that two hundred people are making a living out of making this show.

“So ako kasi palagi kong pinangangalagaan ‘yung show kasi iniisip ko gusto kong magtagal ito kasi kilala ko na sila, may mga pamilya sila.

“Inaanak ko ‘yung mga anak nila, gusto nilang makatapos ng pag-aaral.

“So I owe it to them to come up with a good show so that it will succeed and it will last long enough para to tide them over till the next project.”

Sa palagay ba niya ay may naitutulong naman ang mga pamba-bash sa Victor Magtanggol? Na baka ma-curious ang mga basher at panoorin ang show?

“I think if they don’t wanna see it they really won’t see it,” at tumawa si Dominic.

“That’s the truth of the matter. But publicity is publicity so it could help the show.

“I know it did that for ‘Alyas Robinhood.’”

Noong ipalalabas pa lamang ang Alyas Robin Hood ni Dingdong Dantes (na si Dominic din ang direktor) ay may mga basher na sinabing kopya ito sa Arrow na show sa Amerika.

Pero nag-rate ng mataas ang ARH (2016) maging ang Alyas Robin Hood 2 (2017).

“And sige okay lang naman sa akin eh, if they want to bash it. But please just try not to dissuade viewers from watching it because ayun, medyo baka magkapersonalan tayo roon kasi nga mga buhay ng tao ang naaapektuhan, eh.

“Kabuhayan.”
