AYAW nang sagutin ng manager ni Atom Araullo na si Noel Ferrer ang payo ni Direk Mike de Leon sa bida ng Citizen Jake na tanggalin na siya dahil hindi ito nakatutulong.
Ayon kay Noel nang hingan namin ng komento kahapon, ”nasabi na ni Atom ang side niya kapatid. He has called me to say sorry na pati ako naging collateral damage, nasa IndoChina coverage kasi siya. Hindi na pinapatulan ‘yan kapatid.”
Matatandaang naglabas na ng saloobin niya si Atom tungkol sa mga maaanghang na pahayag ni direk Mike sa kanya at tinawag siyang closet movie star.
Ipinost ni Atom sa kanyang FB account nitong Hunyo 2 ang nasulat sa kanya ng Philippine Daily Inquirer,‘Atomic’ war with ‘Citizen’ Mike.’
At mukhang binabantayan ni direk Mike ang lahat ng post ni Atom dahil kaagad niya itong sinagot sa mismong Facebook page ng bida ng Citizen Jake.
“It is amusing that you, AA (Atom Araullo) have said a lot of things about my character that I have never tried to hide.
“I am an open book in the business, my bipolar disorder and fits of rage are showbiz fodder.
“But so is my creativity which pretend-artists can never match. So I dont need any help.
“And besides my career is just about over while yours is just beginning, with a great deal of help from your social media fans, your new network, and your narcissism.”
Marami pang sinabi si direk Mike tungkol kay Atom na sa bandang huli ay nagpaalam na siya at sana ay hindi na mag-krus ang landas nila.
“And so my only warning to AA as we say goodbye or good riddance to each other is this. Your life is still a closed book. Be careful, my friend, because people are now dying to force it wide open. I wonder why.
“Goodbye, Atom Araullo. I have my film and you have your Marawi/Mcdo/Bakwit commercial. I am confident that both will stand the test of time. may we never cross each other’s path again, not here, nor in the afterlife.
“But wait, we both don’t believe in that. so never. Your director and the creator of Citizen Jake, Mike De Leon.
