Batas militar ipinababawi ng NDF kay Digong (Kapalit ng guerilla warfare bilang tulong vs ISIS)

NAIS ng National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) na bawiin ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang all-out war policy at  idineklarang  batas militar sa Mindanao bago tumulong sa operasyon ng gobyerno kontra Maute/ Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

“To accomplish ceasefire, coordination and cooperation between the forces of the GRP and the NDFP within Marawi against the aforesaid terrorist groups, the GRP must at best unilaterally withdraw its all-out war policy and martial law declaration or at least allow its negotiating panel to meet with the NDFP negotiating panel to start discussing coordination and cooperation in Marawi and subsequently on a wider scale,” ayon kay NDFP panel chairman Fidel Agcaoili sa isang ka-latas kahapon.

Ngunit sa kabila nito’y inatasan ng NDFP ang Moro Resistance and Liberation Organization (MRLO) sa Marawi City na dumepensa laban sa Maute at Abu Sayyaf Group.

Binigyan-diin ng direktiba ng NDFP ang mga yunit ng New People’s Army (NPA) ma-lapit sa Marawi na magpakalat ng mga puwersa para sa “mopping up, holding and blocking ope-rations.”

Giit ni Agcaoili, may oras pa upang magharap muli ang NDFP at GRP panels para talakayin ang mga detalye sa “localized ceasefire, coordination and cooperation” dahil maaaring tumagal pa ang terrorist attack sa Marawi at kung sakaling matigil ay umusbong sa iba pang lugar sa Mindanao.

“It is not too late to have such a meeting of the GRP and NDFP negotia-ting panels because the terrorist attack on Marawi might still be prolonged or if suppressed soon, might recur in other parts of Bangsamoro,” aniya.

Gayonman, tinabla ng Palasyo ang alok na “guerilla warfare” ng NDFP laban sa Maute/ISIS kapalit nang pagbawi sa batas militar.

Katuwiran ng Malacañang kung tunay ang layunin ng kilusang komunista tungo sa kapayapaan ay kailangang ma-nindigan kasama ng estado laban sa iisang kaaway nang walang kondisyon.

Ayon sa isang military science expert, ang alok ng NDFP sa gobyerno ay katulad nang pagsasanib puwersa ng Kuomintang at Communist Party of China para gapiin ang Japan noong World War II.

Pansamantalang itinigil ng dalawang puwersa sa China ang civil war para sagipin ang kanilang bansa laban sa dayuhang mananakop ngunit matapos ang WWII ay itinuloy ang ci-vil war hanggang manalo ang puwersa ng CPC ni Mao Mao Zedong at itinatag ang People’s Republic of China.

IKINAKASA VS DUTERTE

NAGBABALA si Agca-oili na gumugulong na ang kampanya ng Amerika, anti-Duterte faction sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Phi-lippine National Police (PNP) at oposisyon para patalsikin si Duterte sa pamamagitan ng kudeta.

“The US, anti-Duterte sections of the AFP and PNP and local anti-Duterte parties and groups have already begun a campaign of destabilizing the Duterte regime for the purpose of overthrowing this with a coup,” aniya.

Nauna rito’y lumigwak ang umano’y blueprint na iniakda ni dating US Ambassador to the Philippines Philip Goldberg na nagsasaad ng mga paraang ipatutupad ng Amerika upang mapabagsak ang administras-yong Duterte.

“Deepen ties with Phi-lippine officials (the opposition), the police/mi-litary and leaders in the region who share the US concerns over Duterte,” ayon sa umano’y blueprint ni Goldberg.

“Utilize the media to expose the truth about Duterte – “his false vision for the Filipino people and his dangerous international relationships with China and Russia,” sabi umano sa Goldberg blueprint.
