Sa Pasay ilang suspected pusher, user ang naging biktima ng extra judicial killings.

May actual na itinumba o itinapon sa kalsada.

ANTIPOLO City – At about 6:30 pm Nov 15, 2016 a shooting incident transpired at Javier Comp. Carigma ext., Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, Rizal, wherein victim was identified as Merlita Taroy Suspect identified as one JO2 Orlando Calderon Y Aballe 46 y/o, member of BJMP assigned at Cainta BJMP (Arrested).

Victim was rushed to Rizal Provincial Hospital in Antipolo City for medical treatment.

Imus City – At about 11:30 am of Nov 15, 2016 at Brgy. Alapan 1B, Imus City, operatives of Imus CPS arrested Aries Bautista y Evangelista (Rank No. 4 City Level) by virtue of WOA for Rape in relation to 7610 and Child Abuse in relation to 7610 under CC No. 15530-31 with no bail recommended.

Naic – OOA 1:30 pm of November 15, 2016, elements of Naic MPS conducted operation against wanted person at Brgy. Ibayo, Silangan, Naic, Cavite which resulted in the arrest of Jofferson Catibayan y Arsad, charged for Viol. of Sec 1 ( c ) of PD 1829 and Direct Assault upon an agent of person in authority under CC no. 2016-041 with bail recommended of Php12,000.00.

Alfonso – At about 5:00 pm of Nov. 15, 2016 at Brgy. Upli, Alfonso, Cavite, elements of Alfonso MPS conducted operation against WP that resulted to the arrest of Pabling Lumanglas Y Bay by virtue of WOA for VIOL. of Sec. 5(i) of RA 9262 under CC no. TG-15-1336 with Php24,000.00 bail recommended.

San Pedro City – At about 11:00 am of Nov. 15, 2016 at Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Biñan City, joint elements of San Pedro CPS and Biñan CPS arrested Jesus Amerna y David (Rank No. 7 MWP City Level), by virtue of WOA for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Viol. of Sec. 5 (b) of RA 7610 with recommended bail of P180,000.00 and Rape (sexual assault) with P200,000.00 recommend bail.

Batangas City – OOA 9:00 am of Nov 15, 2016, elements of Batangas CPS conducted operation against wanted person at Brgy. Libjo, Batangas City that resulted in the arrest of Romeo Sarmiento y Hernandez for RA 9262 under CC No. 1610709.

Nasugbu – OOA 12:15 pm of Nov. 15, 2016 in Brgy. Dayap, Nasugbu, Batangas, elements of said PS arrested Robin Asuncion y Vivas by virtue of WOA for Homicide under CC No. 2462.

Rosario – OOA 4:20 pm of Nov. 15, 2016 at Brgy Mayuro, Rosario, Batangas, elements of Rosario MPS conducted operation against wanted person which resulted to the arrest of Tomasito Alvarez y Purio (Rank No. 2) for the crime of murder under CC No. 2015-1547 issued by Judge Dorcas Perez of RTC Br 87, Rosario Batangas.

Taal – OOA 4:30 pm of Nov. 15, 2016, elements of Taal MPS conducted operation against WP which resulted in the arrest of Rodolfo Doctolero y Mina for Violation of Omnibus Election Code under CC no. 199-2016 issued by Judge Juanita G Areta.

Antipolo City – OOA 9:00 am of November 15, 2016, elements of Antipolo CPS conducted operation against wanted person at ML Quezon St., in front of NFA Brgy San Roque, Antipolo City, that resulted in the arrest of Gregorio Cubelo Y Monato for “RIR in Serious Physical Injury” under CC No. 125995.
