SUMAGOT na si Ms Marianne de Vera ng Global Corporate Communication tungkol sa nasulat namin kahapon na problema ng TFC subscribers dahil hindi nila napapanood ang The Voice Kids 3.
Ipinarating namin kay Ms. Marianne ang hinaing ng tiyuhin naming si Bonggo Calawod tungkol sa TVK3.
Ang sagot ni Ms. Marianne, “hi Ms Reggee, as a result po of programming changes, TVK3 has been discontinued on all linear platforms effectively immediately.
“Pakisabi po sa kamag-anak ninyo, we understand they may have concerns regarding this development, rest assured that they can still enjoy our other offerings under the variety of genre.”
Ipinarating namin ito sa tito Bonggo namin ang pahayag na ito sa amin.
”They gave me a standard reply, which did not address my concern. Yes. If they are able to continue airing other programs, which I’m sure, are not being watched by TFC subscribers here, why single out TVK3? I suspect that they just really want TFC TV subscribers to patronize their other media platforms.
“Tell them, that if they really are taking care of their Fil-Am subscribers, they should also consider their entertainment preferences and needs.”
Hirit pa sa amin, “The reply they gave me is not in any way able to explain why we TFC subscribers shouldn’t feel shortchanged. It was too general and at the very least, is sending the message: ‘That’s our decision, and you need to accept it.’
