Pahayag ni Marianne, “Opo, that’s right. A lot of people first got to know me because of my journey as a beauty queen.
“But now, I’m trying to show everyone that I have more to offer than just that. I’ve always had an interest in music, and I feel like this is a great opportunity for me to explore my talents further. It’s exciting because I’m able to widen my horizons and try something new that I’ve always been passionate about.”
Ayon kay Marianne, ito ang first major concert niya as a singer. “Yes. This is actually my first major step into the music industry. I’ve always loved singing, especially during family gatherings or special occasions, but this is the first time I’m pursuing it professionally.
“It’s a big step for me, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
Esplika pa ni Marianne, “Before this, I haven’t really pursued singing seriously. I’ve always enjoyed it as a hobby, but I never thought about stepping into the professional scene. I’ve done a few performances here and there, but nothing on this level. This is truly my first time venturing into this world.”
Gaano na siya katagal kumakanta? “I’ve been singing with my family during occasions for as long as I can remember. I would sing along with my siblings or cousins during birthdays or holiday gatherings. But when it comes to performing in front of an audience or taking it seriously as a career, this is really my first time doing that. It’s definitely a new experience and I’m just embracing every moment of it.”
Mahirap ba ang transition from beauty pageants to singing?
“Yes po, it definitely has been a bit challenging. Coming from the world of beauty pageants, where there’s a different kind of preparation and expectation, transitioning into music requires a lot of hard work and dedication.
“It’s a whole different kind of discipline. I had to learn a lot about vocal techniques, stage presence, and how to connect with the audience through music. But it’s been a rewarding experience, and every challenge is something that I take as an opportunity to grow.”
Nagkuwento rin siya ukol sa gagawing movie.
Aniya, “Opo, may movie na rin ako. I’m currently working on a movie titled “Ako si Kindness.” It really exciting for me because acting is another area I’m exploring. It’s a big step, and I’m happy to be involved in such a meaningful project.
“The movie is about spreading kindness and love, and I really feel that the message of the film aligns with the kind of person I want to be – someone who makes a positive impact.”
Nag-acting workshop ba siya?
“Yes po, ever since I was a child. Acting was my first passion before anything else. I’ve always been interested in acting, kaya nag-attend ako ng workshops para mas mapabuti ang skills ko.
“Talagang tinutukan ko siya and now, I’m really happy na magagamit ko ‘yung mga natutuhan ko sa upcoming movie ko.”
Posible bang mag-recording din siya very soon?
“Not sure po. For now, focus muna ako sa singing at other projects na ginagawa ko.
