50,800 trabaho sa P300-B investments resulta ng SoKor trip

SEOUL – Aabot sa US$4.858 bilyon o halos P300 bilyon ang halaga ng nilagdaang business agreements sa pagitan ng South Korea at Filipinas.

Sinabi ni Trade Secre­tary Ramon Lopez, ang nasabing mga kasunduan ay magreresulta sa pagkakaroon ng 50,800 trabaho sa Filipinas.

Kabilang sa mga investment na pinagka­sunduan ng mga Filipino at Korean businessmen ay transportation moderni­zation, machinery indus­try, dredging, reclama­tion, education, tourism, bockchain, financial technology, gaming, LNG, power infrastructure at urban development and engineering.

Mayroong business agreements sa energy industry lalo sa solar power, electric auto­mobile, aquaculture (freshwater eel produc­tion) at expansion ng kimchi food business sa bansa.
