Ugnayan kay Kristo ng deboto lumalim pa (Asam ni Archbishop Tagle)

UMAASA si Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle na ang mga deboto ng Itim na Nazareno ay magkaroon ng mas malalim na relasyon kay Jesus Christ.

“May our participation in the different activities during the feast lead us in deeply knowing Jesus,” pahayag ni Tagle sa news entry sa website ng Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines.

Hinikayat ni Tagle ang mga deboto na maghanda sa pagdiriwang ng pista ng Itim na Nazareno “through a closer look at Jesus.”

“He is the way to the father. He is the truth that we’ve been looking for. He is the one who can give us and the society life,” ayon kay Tagle.

Nanawagan din si Tagle sa publiko na magdasal para sa ligtas na pagdiriwang ng kapistahan.

“Our prayer is for the feast to be far from harm. Let us also pray that it will be peaceful and clean,” dagdag ni Tagle.
