KINUNTSABA ni Matteo Guidicelli ang friends ni Sarah Geronimo in and out of showbiz para dumalo sa surprise birthday  party ng girlfriend. Talagang nag-effort siya at galante ang lolo mo, ha. Siya ang gumastos ng lahat from balloons to food to drinks to birthday cake.

Kasama sa mga um-attend sa party sina Judy Ann Santos, Nikki Gil, Vicki Belo, Rowell Santiago, Christian Bautista,  Mark Bautista,dance instructor  Georcelle of G-Foce at marami pang iba.

Kitang-kita ang saya sa mata ni Sarah. It was her first birthday with her boyfriend Matteo.
