ANG mga estudyante sa British university ay pinagkalooban ng ‘much-needed stress relief’ bilang paghahanda sa kanilang nalalapit na pagsusulit.
Nag-organisa ang student union ng University of Central Lancashire, ng ‘puppy room’ event bilang bahagi ng kanilang SOS (Stressed Out Students) campaign, katuwang ang local guide dog charity.
Ang mga estudyante ay binigyan ng sampu hanggang 15 minuto para makalaro ang mga aso, kapalit ng £1.50 ($2.31) minimum donation sa charity.
May kabuuang 320 estudyante ang bumisita sa puppy room, at marami pa ang nasa standby list, ayon sa university press release.
“I am so pleased to lead on the organization of an event that will be beneficial to all those involved,” pahayag ni organizer Lucy Haigh sa press release. “We are delighted to raise awareness of the Guide Dogs charity as well as to help students through a period which can be stressful for many.”
Ang mga kolehiyo at unibersidad sa Estados Unidos ay nagdala rin ng theraphy dogs para sa stressed students. Inihayag ng mga estudyante na higit silang na-relax nang makipaglaro sila sa mga aso, at naalala ang kanilang mga alaga sa kanilang bahay.
