Empleyado dinukot, tinortyur ng tycoon

PINADALHAN ng subpoena ng Department of Justice (DoJ) si billionaire businessman Roberto Ongpin para sa preliminary investigation hinggil sa sinasabing “psychological torture” sa kanyang dating empleyado.

Sa subpoena na inisyu ni Assistant State Prosecutor Juan Pedro Navera, si Ongpin, chairman ng Alphaland Corporation, ay inutusang dumalo sa imbestigasyon ng DoJ sa Hunyo 9 dakong 2 p.m.

Iniutos din kay Ongpin na magsumite ng kanyang counter-affidavit at testimonya ng kanyang mga testigo at iba pang supporting documents.

“You are hereby warned that failure on your part to comply with this subpoena shall be considered as a waiver to present your defense in this preliminary investigation and the case shall be considered   submitted for resolution based on complainant’s evidence only,” ayon kay Navera sa subpoena.
