I’ve been crying for justice for more than one year

Para po sa kaalaman ng aking mga avid readers, nag-umpisa po ang story na ito ni Afuang bilang complainant sa kasong isinampa niyang 7 counts of perjury vs Angelica T. Llorando, sa isang traffic accident noong September 17, 2012. Narito po bayan ang short story:

Almost two years ago, on September 17, 2012 along Molino Blvd., while Afuang was dri-ving his Toyota Corolla with plate number THX 768, was bumped by a sports utility vehicle, dri-ving against the current of the two ways street, with plate no.VEP 149 and driven by the respondent Angelica T. Llorando. As a result Afuang vehicle suffered damage estimated at P28,200.

During submission of responsive affidavits for the claim in the insurance, the respondent perjured herself by alleging in her affidavit under oath, that the complainant’s registration was expired. To prove his point the complainant Abner Afuang submitted into evidence copies of his registration and official receipts from 2005 to 2012 as proof that at the time of the incident his car was duly registered with the Land Transportation Office. Hence this action by the complainant. Ako na po ang BINANGGA, ako pa ang minasama. Diyos ko po! Lord patawad!

Sa aking isinampang kasong kriminal, seven counts of perjury sa Prosecutors’ office sa Imus, Cavite, vs Angelica T. Llorando. After more than one year, sa wakas, the rule of law had prevailed. Maraming salamat po Asst. Prosecutor Ferdinand H. Palafox.

Maraming Salamat din po sa Kagalang-galang na Hukom Hilda Poblete Mendoza – 4th Judicial Region, Municipal Trial Court – City of Imus Cavite.

Sa iyo Ms. Angelica T. LLorando, masyado mong minaliit si Abner Afuang, na sobrang malaki ang paggalang sa mga kababaihan. Hindi kita tatantanan, nang naaayon sa ating batas. The rule of law will always prevail. And no one is above the law.

After reviewing the records, this court is convinced that probable cause exist to hold the accused for trial.

Accordingly, let a warrant of arrest be issued against accused Angelica T. Llorando. Bail in the amount of Php6,000.00 is hereby fixed for her provisional liberty.

The Chief of Police of Bacoor City is directed to make a return on the said warrant of arrest ten (10) days from receipt therof.

Bakit Urong-sulong si De Lima sa paglalahad sa madla ng Napoles lists? Dahilan ba ang karamihan dito’y kaalyado ni PNoy? Ito ba ang tungo sa matuwid na daan na palaging ipinangangalandakan ni P-Noy? Kami ba talaga De Lima ang Boss na sinasabi ng Pangulo? O siya ang Boss ng taumbayan?

Manindigan ka DoJ Secretary De Lima. Paano ka mananalong Senador sa 2016? The rule of law must always prevail. Magpakatotoo ka bilang public servant. Remember, buhat sa katas ng dugo at pawis ng mga pobreng Pinoy ang kwartang sinasahod mo.
