MASAYANG ibinahagi ng isa sa paborito kong direktor na si Christian Paolo Lat ang gagawin niyang international project.
Sa mediacon ng latest VMX movie niyang, Alindog ni Aiko na pinagbibidahan ni Aiko Garcia, nagbigay ito ng update sa kanyang gagawing international film.
“Actually I’m doing an action film, which my cast flew in from America, from Europe. We just did our table reading last weekend.”
Dagdag pa nito, “It’s gonna ah… it’s for American theatrical release.
“Parang nag-manifest ‘yung parang what we are talking about last time… ‘yung last time nagkatotoo.”
Bukod nga sa pagiging direktor ng nasabing pelikula ay aarte rin sa movie si Direk Christian.
Pinasalamatan din nito ang mga entertainment press na lagi siyang tinatanong tungkol sa possibility na magkaroon siya ng international movie na ngayon ay nagkatotoo na.
“So I would like to thank everyone here, because you keep on talking about it.. and next thing you know nagkatotoo po siya, thank you.”
Ikinuwento rin ni Direk Christian kung paano sila nagkakilala ni Aiko at inilarawan nito kung ano si Aiko sa loob at labas ng showbiz.
“Kasi si Aiko, we’ve known each other with mutual friends and ah…she’s actually really funny and she has a great sense of humor, very charming and cute.”
Ibinahagi rin ng direktor kung ano si Aiko bilang aktres at host.
“As an actress naman what I appreciate is what, I’ve made a movie something like Cinemalaya film. Would love to see Aiko in one of those movie, because her range as an actress is so versatile.
“So, parang when you see her in person she’s so…I guess I used the word kalog.
“You know she’s so random, ‘pag napanood n’yo ‘yung body of her work, she’s such a deep actress, so I think that’s so unique.
“And then sa hosting naman, doon medyo makikita n’yo ‘yung kung sino ba siya in person, because there somequestion and answer on that segment.
“And then you’ll know more about her, and she’s closer to that ‘yung hosting na ginawa namin than when she’s acting.”
Ukol naman sa pagiging direktor, sinabi nitong, “Ako kasi hinahayaan ko ‘yung mga artista to feel the space, then I let the camera roll, and then I let them feel free.
“Ganoon po talaga ako, I never try to restrict them. I believe them and I trust them, and I just tell them what I want to achieve sa scene,” sambit pa ni Direk Christian.
