Sandro Muhlach nagreklamo na sa GMA; 2 independent contractors pinangalanan

PORMAL nang nagharap ng reklamo ang baguhang aktor na si Sandro Muhlach laban sa dalawang independent contractors ng GMA Network na umano’y nanamantala sa kanya.

Tinukoy naman ng GMA Network ang pangalan ng dalawang independent contractors na sangkot sa pang-aabuso umano sa Sparkle talent na si Sandro.

Sa opisyal na pahayag na inilabas ng Kapuso Network kahapon, sinabi nilang natanggap na ang reklamo ni Sandro laban kina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz. 

Si Nones ay creative consultant at headwriter ng ilang programa ng GMA 7 samantalang si Cruz ay headwriter ng ilang Kapuso shows.

Narito ang pahayag ng GMA Network.

“GMA Network has just received a formal complaint from Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach against two GMA independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

“Recognizing the seriousness of the alleged incident, GMA Network had already initiated its own investigation even before receiving the formal complaint.”

“Respecting Sandro’s request for confidentiality, the investigating body will withhold all details of the formal investigation until its conclusion.

“The Network assures the public and all stakeholders of its commitment to conducting this investigation with the highest standards of fairness and impartiality.”

Unang naging usap-usapan ang ukol dito nang maglabasan ang blind item sa social media. Ang blind item ay ukol sa isang baguhang aktor na muntik maging “midnight snack” umano ng dalawang powerful personality ng isang network.

Matapos ng ilang araw, naglabas ng cryptic posts si Sandro sa kanyang Instagram Stories kasunod ang babala ng amang si Nino Muhlach at ang official statement ng GMA Network tungkol sa kumakalat na balita.

“Online articles and posts have recently circulated regarding an alleged incident involving an artist and independent contractors of GMA Network.

“We have yet to receive a formal complaint from those allegedly involved in the issue. Should one be filed, the Network is committed to conducting a thorough and impartial investigation. We assure the public that GMA Network takes such matters with utmost seriousness,” pahayag ng  GMA Network bago ang pormal na reklamo ni Sandro.

May post naman si Nino noong July 31 ng, “INUMPISAHAN NYO, TATAPUSIN KO!”

Sinundan ito ng post ng asawa ni Nino na si Diane Tupaz, stepmother ni Sandro ng, “PINALAKI AT ININGATAN NAMING MABUTI ANG AMING MGA ANAK NA PUNO NG PAGMAMAHAL AT PAG AARUGA TAPOS WAWALANG HIYAIN LANG NG MGA KUNG SINONG TAO NA NILAMON NG KADEMONYOHAN SA KATAWAN PARA MAGAWA YUNG GANUNG KLASENG KABABUYAN!

“HINDI KAMI MAKAKAPAYAG NA HINDI NAMIN MAKAKAMIT ANG HUSTISYA! HABANG BUHAY NA DADALHIN NG ANAK NAMIN YUNG KABABUYAN NA GINAWA NYO SA KANYA! WALA KAMING PAKIALAM KUNG SINO KAYO O KUNG SINO ANG POPROTEKTA SA INYO!

“SISIGURADUHIN NAMIN NA PAGBABAYARAN NYO YUNG GINAWA NYO! HINDI NAMIN HAHAYAAN NA MAY MABIKTIMA PA KAYO NA IBA! ITUTULOY NAMIN ANG LABAN! MANAGOT ANG DAPAT MANAGOT! NAKAKA NGINIG KAYO NG LAMAN!”
