Arjo, nanginig nang tawaging Best Actor sa Asian Academy Awards 2020

INILAGAY ni Arjo Atayde ang bansang Pilipinas sa kasaysayan ng Asian Academy Creative Awards 2020 dahil nasungkit niya ang pinakamataas na award, ang Best Actor in a Leading Role sa iWant original series na Bagman.

Nang tawagin ang pangalan ni Arjo ay nakangiti pero nanginig ang katawan dahil sa nerbiyos na naramdaman ng mga sandaling iyon.

Ginanap ang virtual awarding sa ABS-CBN dahil hindi nakapunta ng Singapore ang aktor dahil sa Covid19 pandemic kasama ang iba pang nominado sa Kapamilya Network.

Garalgal ang boses ni Arjo habang sinasambit niya ang pagpapasalamat sa AAA.”

I don’t know what to say. I’m caught off guard by this. First of all, I want to thank you ABS-CBN, Dreamscape Entertainment, Rein Entertainment for giving me this opportunity, to my director, writers, thank you so much. I rode your imagination, you brought me here.

Nabanggit din ng aktor na maraming magagaling na artista sa Pilipinas at sana mabigyan sila ng pagkakataong mapanood ito ng nakararami at mapansin sa Asian Academy Creative Awards.

There’s a lot of brilliant actors and I just hope for them to be able to show you even more of what we have in our country. I hope this is not the first and last. Ang Bagman ay mula sa panulat at direksiyon ni Shugo Praico mula sa Dreamscape Entertainment at Rein Entertainment na ipinalabas sa iWant nitong 2019.

Si Arjo ang unang Filipino actor na nanalo ng Best Actor sa ginanap na 3rd Asian Academy Creative Awards.
