Ayaw pumatol ni Robin kaya pinakiusapan niya ang abogado niyang si Atty. Rudolf Philip B. Jurado ng Jurado Jurado & Associates Law Offices na sulatan ang mga basher niya.

Ipinost ni Robin ang sulat ng abogado sa kanyang Instagram account.

“In response to the news regarding Mr. Padilla’s alleged shaded ballot supposedly taken while he was voting last 9 May 2016, Mr. Padilla desires to convey that he never violated any law or rule regarding the alleged photograph of his ballot, since it was neither an official ballot nor taken inside a voting precinct. Nagulat ang lahat ng nakabasa nang banggitin ng aktor ang mga dahilan kung bakit hindi siya puwedeng bumoto.
